How It All Started

GolfForever was founded in 2019 by Dr. Jeremy James to remedy the need he saw as director of the world-renowned Aspen Back Institute for over 10 years: empowering people with the proper education and exercise programs to help address their pain, injuries and functional limitations, so they could get back to the activities and way of life they love. After seeing successful outcomes of thousands using his research-backed methodology, from professional athletes and Olympians to Fortune 500 CEOs and recreational enthusiasts across the board, Dr. James recognized the path for affordable, scalable digital solutions that could expand the reach of his program exponentially. He formed GolfForever under this mission, and teamed up with an unrivaled group of experts in golf and sports performance to build the most effective golf-specific training and pain-relief program on the market.
