Haven't had it but 5 weeks. Wasn't able to utilize it as much as I wanted in the trial, but I'm keeping it. Way different workout than other sports I've played. I can tell it's gonna help though. Already have a slightly faster club head speed. And some of the stretches are AWESOME.
