When GolfForever ambassador, Scottie Scheffler, hoisted the championship trophy at the 2022 WM Phoenix Open, it was a breakthrough moment for the 26-year-old golfer to capture his first career title, four years after turning professional in 2018. This past Sunday, when he did it again on the grounds of TPC Scottsdale, it felt more like a seasoned veteran “getting it done again” than a young gun in the early chapters of a potentially-historic career.
After all, his title defense in Scottsdale doubled as his fifth career PGA Tour win, all in a 12-month span. In that timeframe, he’s also missed just three cuts and racked up 15 top 10s and 12 Top 3s.
Scottie and GolfForever
Alongside his longtime physical trainer and key GolfForever contributor, Dr. Troy Van Biezen, Scheffler started using the GolfForever Swing Trainer as part of his daily at-home training sessions and pre-round tournament preparations just weeks before last year’s WM Phoenix Open. He still uses it regularly, and as you can see below from his pre-round warmup a few days ago on Sunday in Scottsdale, it’s an integral part of his winning formula.

The Behind-the-Scenes Look Everyone is Talking About
Out now on Netflix, Full Swing follows some of the game’s biggest stars at home, onsite at PGA Tour events, on their private jets – virtually everywhere – including Scheffler.
In the very first episode, in addition to a storyline fans already can’t get enough of, we were excited to see a cameo appearance by the GolfForever Swing Trainer (and a back-and-forth between Scheffler and Justin Thomas, who was using it) as an integral part of many players’ winning formulas.Â
It should be an action-packed series, and we’re here for it.
